The FCPS Strategic Governance Manual (Page 24-26) has the Roles and Responsibilities of the School Board Members and expected Interest and Conduct.
Board Member Code of Conduct (pg.26) is of particular interest when understanding the objective and open approach required of the school board members to their community.

Fairfax County Public Schools Regulation 8130.5 specifies the timelines and procedures governing the conduct of boundary studies. The attached document identifies six (6) issues with how the regulation is being implemented, including the failure of FCPS staff to analyze and present the “educational and operational impacts of the current situation and each alternative considered.”
